Cancellation Policy
To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Late cancellation/rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a charge of 50% of the service fee might be applied.
No-show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a charge of 50% of the service fee might be applied.
Emergency situations: If you encounter an emergency and are unable to attend your appointment on time, please reach out to us.
